Why Ridopi?

There are plenty of budget apps. Few are made for seeing the same money together.

Invite codes, roles, the name of whoever added each row, a shared list and shared reports. All in the same ledger.

Shared money, shared screen.

Household, group or kitty: everyone looks at the same numbers. Members add their own records, viewers only look.

Set it up once, it stays in the ledger.

Rent, building fees, installments, subscriptions. The moment a recurring series is saved, the transactions for every month it covers are written with their future dates.

From list to expense in one tap.

Tick off the shared list together at the store; at the checkout, the list becomes a single expense record.

How it works

A shared ledger in five steps.

  1. 01

    Open your ledger.

Home, trip or personal budget: a separate ledger for each. Pick the currency and start right away with ready-made categories and Cash and Bank accounts.

  2. 02

    Share the code.

Send the invite code over WhatsApp or to your group chat. Give the member role to whoever will add records, and the viewer role to whoever will only look.

  3. 03

    Set up the rent once.

Rent, building fees and subscriptions become recurring series. The moment you save, every transaction they cover is written with its future date; what lies ahead shows in the list.

  4. 04

Tick it off together at the store.

Everyone adds to the same list, whoever buys an item ticks it off. At the checkout, “Convert to expense”: the list becomes a single expense record.

  5. 05

    Close the month together.

The period summary and category breakdown are ready. Share transactions as CSV; Excel and PDF reports on Pro.

Who paid the bill? Stop digging for screenshots.

In a shared ledger, every row shows who added it. One list instead of photos lost in the chat.

Shared debt ledger

Trip's over. The split is ready.

Everyone enters what they paid, and the app splits each expense equally between the active members. Who owes whom how much, on one screen, arranged to settle up in the fewest payments.

  • Members record the payments they make to each other, and the balance closes.
  • A separate ledger type you choose when you create it.
  • Its movements stay out of your reports.

The split is always equal; there are no custom split ratios.

Receipt reading

Snap the receipt, the form fills in.

Store name, date, time, total amount and a suggested category fill into the form on their own. The reading happens on your phone.

  • The photo is never uploaded anywhere and is not kept.
  • The receipt's details are written into the note.
  • Warns you if the currency differs from the ledger's.

Who is it for?

Whoever you share money with, share the ledger with them.

Housemates

Three people share an apartment: rent, bills, shared groceries. Whoever pays a bill posts a screenshot to the group, and by the end of the month nobody remembers.

“Who paid the bill? Stop digging for screenshots.”

Setup: A “Home” ledger with everyone as a member. Rent as a recurring series, bills that vary entered one by one. A grocery list that stays open.

Couple's budget

A couple who want shared costs to stay shared and personal spending to stay personal.

“What's shared is shared, what's personal stays personal.”

Setup: A shared “Home” ledger and a personal ledger for each of them. The app carries both; you switch between ledgers, and the other person never sees your personal one.

Family and allowance

A student, or a young person in their first job, wants to see where the money goes.

“Let the allowance talk be about numbers.”

Setup: One ledger, a few categories, the free plan. The family joins as viewers.
