Multiple ledgers

A separate ledger for every part of life.

Home, trip, office kitty. The numbers never mix.

  • 5 active ledgers on the free plan, 20 on Pro; the ledgers you create and the ones you join by invite count together.
  • Every ledger has its own currency: TRY, USD, EUR, GBP and 18 more.
  • Every new ledger comes with Cash and Bank accounts and 14 ready-made categories: Salary, Groceries, Rent, Bills, Transport, Dining out and more.
  • See transactions and reports together in the “All ledgers” view.
Shared ledger

Send the code, they join.

Share the invite code over WhatsApp, in your group chat, however you like. Everyone looks at the same numbers.

  • An invite code has 8 characters and is valid for 3 days; you choose how many people can use it.
  • The app never messages anyone; you share the code yourself.
  • Up to 15 people can join a ledger; the limit is the same on every plan.
  • The owner manages the ledger; a member adds records and edits only their own; a viewer can only look.
  • In a shared ledger, every row shows who added it.
Income and expenses

Record it in seconds.

Amount, category, account, note. The ledger takes care of the rest.

  • The account is “where” (cash, bank, credit card, savings, digital wallet), the category is “what for”.
  • Add your own categories and accounts.
  • Autocomplete for descriptions and item names.
  • Search by description, category and account name; filter by income or expense.
  • Hide amounts on screen if you like.
Recurring series

Set up the rent once.

The moment you save, every transaction the series covers is written into the ledger with its future date. Upcoming payments line up in the list.

  • Rent, building fees, internet, subscriptions, salary, installments.
  • Monthly series on the free plan (yearly too, at 12-month intervals), 3 active series at a time.
  • Daily, weekly (several days a week) and monthly on Pro; 100 active series.
  • Before you save, the form tells you how many transactions it will write.
  • Editing or deleting a series only affects future transactions.
Shared shopping list

From list to expense in one tap.

Everyone adds, whoever buys an item ticks it off; at the checkout, the list becomes a single expense.

  • Everyone in the ledger adds to the same list; the name of whoever ticked an item is shown.
  • “Convert to expense” turns the list into a single expense record.
  • Items left on a half-finished list aren't lost; they move to a new list.
  • A grocery list that stays open, or a separate list for every trip.
Shared debt ledger

Trip's over. The split is ready.

Enter the expense and the app splits it equally. Who owes whom how much, on one screen.

  • A separate ledger type you choose when creating the ledger.
  • Every expense is split equally between the ledger's active members; the payer is whoever enters the record.
  • Debts are simplified so everyone settles up in the fewest payments.
  • Members record the payments they make to each other, and the balance closes.
  • Movements in this ledger stay out of reports; it is a tool for settling up, not a budget record.
Receipt reading

Snap the receipt, the form fills in.

The image is read on your phone and never uploaded anywhere.

  • The store name goes into the description; the date, time, total amount and a suggested category go into the form.
  • The receipt's details are written into the note.
  • Warns you if the receipt's currency differs from the ledger's.
  • The photo is not sent to a server and is not kept.
Reports

Where did the money go?

A period summary and category breakdown; all ledgers together if you like.

  • Week, month, 3 months or a custom range.
  • Actual and planned income, expenses and net.
  • Category breakdown of expenses and income, with percentages.
  • Account breakdown and periods older than 3 months on Pro; the last 3 months on the free plan.
Export

Share the month-end numbers.

Transactions as CSV on every plan; Excel and PDF reports on Pro.

  • CSV: the period's transactions, on all plans.
  • XLSX: summary, category, account and transaction sheets (Pro).
  • PDF: an A4 period report (Pro).
  • Files are not stored on the server.
Notifications

Know what happened in the ledger.

Get notified when someone adds a record or a list changes in a shared ledger.

  • Notifications when a transaction is added, and when a list is created, updated or converted to an expense. Each one can be turned off separately.
  • A heads-up when your invitation is accepted and when your role changes.
  • An in-app notification inbox and an unread-changes mark on shared ledgers.
Account and privacy

Your data is yours.

Only members can see a ledger. Download your data whenever you like, delete your account from the app.

  • Sign in with email and password or with Google; Sign in with Apple on iPhone.
  • See your open sessions and sign out any device you don't recognize.
  • Export your personal data as JSON or ZIP.
  • Account deletion happens after 24 hours; you can change your mind within that time.
  • Separate permissions for ad personalization, analytics and marketing.
  • Turkish and English interface; light, dark or system theme.
