Who is it for?

Whoever you share money with, share the ledger with them.

For each scenario: the situation, the setup and a one-line summary. Every one of them is built with features in the app today.

Living together

Housemates

Three people share an apartment: rent, bills, shared groceries. Whoever pays a bill posts a screenshot to the group, and by the end of the month nobody remembers.

“Who paid the bill? Stop digging for screenshots.”

Setup: A “Home” ledger with everyone as a member. Rent as a recurring series, bills that vary entered one by one. A grocery list that stays open.

Couple's budget

A couple who want shared costs to stay shared and personal spending to stay personal.

“What's shared is shared, what's personal stays personal.”

Setup: A shared “Home” ledger and a personal ledger for each of them. The app carries both; you switch between ledgers, and the other person never sees your personal one.

Family and allowance

A student, or a young person in their first job, wants to see where the money goes.

“Let the allowance talk be about numbers.”

Setup: One ledger, a few categories, the free plan. The family joins as viewers.

Friend groups

Travel group

Four friends in Bodrum: a boat tour, dinners, fuel. Everyone pays for something.

“Trip's over. The split is ready.”

Setup: A “Bodrum 2026” shared debt ledger. Everyone enters what they paid and each expense is split equally; back home, who pays whom is on one screen.

Work and community

Office kitty

A small kitty for tea, coffee and shared shopping.

“If the kitty is shared, so is the record.”

Setup: An “Office” ledger: money put into the kitty is income, spending is expense. Every row shows who added it.

Building management

The building manager records the fees and expenses; residents want to see where the money goes.

“Where did the building fees go? The answer is in the ledger.”

Setup: Building fees as a recurring series, expenses by category. Residents follow along as viewers; the month-end report is exported. A ledger holds at most 15 people.

On your own

Personal budget and subscriptions

Salary comes in; rent, bills and subscriptions go out.

“If you can't recall which subscriptions you pay for, the subscriptions aren't the problem.”

Setup: A personal ledger; each subscription is a recurring series (3 on the free plan, 100 on Pro).

Installment schedule

Loan and credit card installments; missing a date is expensive.

“Remaining installments in one list, with their dates.”

Setup: A series with as many repeats as there are installments. All of them are written with future dates, and upcoming payments line up in the list.

Life in two countries

Someone living with TRY and EUR, with expenses in two countries.

“Two countries, two ledgers, one app.”

Setup: A separate ledger per currency. No currency conversion.

Open your ledger, share the code.

Start on the free plan; your first ledger is ready in a few minutes.
